These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Discount Depot, a Shopify application provided by Axtrics Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By installing or using Discount Depot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

1. About Discount Depot

Discount Depot is a Shopify application that helps merchants create, manage, schedule, and display discounts and promotional campaigns.

Depending on your Shopify plan and selected Discount Depot plan, features may include product discounts, collection discounts, variant discounts, volume discounts, Buy X Get Y offers, Flash Sales, discount codes, shipping discounts, countdown timers, discount analytics, market-based discounts, and Google Merchant Center related synchronization features.

Some features may not be available on all Shopify plans, themes, sales channels, or store configurations.

2. Account and Store Access

You must have permission to install and manage applications on the Shopify store where Discount Depot is used.

Discount Depot may require access to certain Shopify store information, products, discounts, themes, markets, orders, or other data necessary to provide its functionality.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account and for ensuring that only authorized users manage the application.

3. Discount Rules and Configuration

You are responsible for reviewing all discount settings before activating them.

This includes:

  • Discount amounts or percentages
  • Eligible products or collections
  • Variants
  • Customer eligibility
  • Markets
  • Minimum purchase requirements
  • Start and end dates
  • Discount combinations
  • Exclusions
  • Sales channels
  • Flash Sale schedules

Discount Depot applies rules based on the settings you configure.

We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect merchant configuration, conflicting discounts, incorrect product selection, or unintended promotional settings.

4. Shopify Platform Limitations

Certain Discount Depot features rely on Shopify APIs, Shopify Functions, theme extensions, Shopify Markets, Shopify POS, or other Shopify services.

Functionality may be affected by Shopify plan limitations, API restrictions, rate limits, theme customizations, checkout restrictions, platform updates, or third-party applications.

We do not guarantee compatibility with every Shopify theme, custom storefront, or third-party application.

5. Flash Sales and Price Changes

If you use Flash Sale or price-related features, you are responsible for reviewing the products, prices, schedules, exclusions, and duration of the promotion.

We recommend verifying product prices before and after a Flash Sale.

Other applications, manual product changes, or Shopify platform behavior may affect price restoration or storefront presentation.

6. Google Integrations

Discount Depot may allow merchants to connect Google services, including Google Merchant Center, using Google OAuth.

When you connect a Google account, you authorize Discount Depot to access the Google data and permissions required to provide the selected integration.

You are responsible for complying with applicable Google Merchant Center and Google Ads policies.

We do not guarantee that Google will approve, display, advertise, or continue to accept any product or pricing information submitted through the integration.

Product data may be rejected by Google due to pricing mismatches, policy violations, missing information, account restrictions, or other reasons controlled by Google.

7. Third-Party Services

Discount Depot may depend on third-party platforms and services, including Shopify and Google.

We are not responsible for service interruptions, outages, policy changes, API failures, account restrictions, or technical issues caused by third-party providers.

Your use of third-party services is also subject to their respective terms and policies.

8. Subscription and Billing

Some Discount Depot features may require a paid subscription.

Paid subscriptions are processed through Shopify’s billing system.

By approving a subscription, you agree to the pricing and billing terms shown before confirmation.

Subscription charges may continue until the applicable subscription is cancelled or the app is uninstalled according to Shopify’s billing process.

Any refund request may be reviewed according to our refund practices and applicable Shopify billing rules.

9. Disabling and Uninstalling the App

Discount Depot may provide an option to disable certain app functionality without uninstalling the application.

Disabling the app may not automatically cancel an active paid subscription.

If you no longer wish to use the service, you should review your subscription status and uninstall the app where appropriate.

After uninstalling the application, some app-created discounts, settings, or storefront elements may remain depending on Shopify’s platform behavior or the specific feature used.

We recommend reviewing your active discounts and storefront after uninstalling.

10. Merchant Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring your discounts comply with applicable laws
  • Verifying pricing and promotional information
  • Reviewing discount rules before activation
  • Monitoring active campaigns
  • Maintaining required Shopify permissions
  • Ensuring external product pricing matches your storefront where required
  • Complying with Shopify and Google policies

You are responsible for all activity performed through your store account.

11. Prohibited Use

You may not use Discount Depot to:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations
  • Create fraudulent or misleading promotions
  • Abuse Shopify or Google APIs
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the application’s security or operation
  • Reverse engineer or redistribute the application except where permitted by law

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe the service is being misused.

12. Service Availability

We aim to keep Discount Depot available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, third-party outages, infrastructure issues, security requirements, or platform changes.

We may update, modify, add, or remove features when reasonably necessary.

13. Intellectual Property

Discount Depot, including its software, branding, interface, documentation, and related technology, is owned by or licensed to us.

Your use of the application gives you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service for your Shopify store.

You may not copy, resell, distribute, or create unauthorized derivative works from the application.

14. Disclaimer

Discount Depot is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that:

  • Every feature will work with every Shopify store
  • Every third-party app or theme will be compatible
  • Google will approve every submitted product
  • The service will always be uninterrupted
  • Third-party platform changes will be supported immediately

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of Discount Depot.

This includes losses related to incorrect discount configuration, pricing errors, missed sales, third-party outages, platform changes, or merchant configuration errors.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Discount Depot if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, fail to pay applicable charges, or create a security or legal risk.

You may stop using the application at any time by cancelling your subscription or uninstalling the app.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, legal requirements, Shopify policies, Google requirements, or business practices.

The latest version will be published on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
